Strawberries and grapes, non-fat Choboni strawberry greek yogurt, and green tea
I’m back!
I have gained over 5 pounds since summer. I want to start eating better and getting fit to ring in the bikini season. As the weather gets warmer, I get more motivated.
This morning I weighed 121 pounds. I am hoping by Easter I am below the 120s - 118 would be awesome. I will be using My Fitness Pal (username - Sarahkateeplummer) to track my food and I will post pictures of what I eat here.
